Dem verdankt sie ihre ausgepr\u00e4gte Fettmarmorierung, ihren milden Geschmack und ihre zartschmelzende Textur. Charakteristisch ist auch ihre Farbe: matt-rotes Muskelfleisch, durchzogen von einer ros\u00e9-wei\u00dfen, marmorierten Struktur.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den vollkommenen Genuss empfehlen wir, die Coppa hauchd\u00fcnn aufzuschneiden.
