The FISAN Acorn-Fed Chorizo is bursting with aroma and flavour. It is made with a traditional marinate and with the best pork cuts (which are never frozen). Curing of the chorizos takes place in natural drying sheds during a minimum period of five months. It is 100% natural.
Colour: reddish Iberian pork meat.
Appearance: consistent sausage.

Acorn fed (Bellota) iberico pork meat, paprika, salt, garlic, dextrin, dextrose, milk powder, sugar, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-451ii), antioxidants (E-301, E-316, E-331iii), preservative (E-252) and food colouring (E-160c).
