The acorn-fed FISAN longaniza, a type of sausage, is one of the most traditional products in our Spanish culture. It is made using traditional marinade, or ‘adobo,’ and only with the finest cuts of the pork, which are never frozen. Its curing process takes place in natural dryers, which is a great factor in forging its traditional character.
