The acorn-fed FISAN Vela salchichon, a type of sausage, is distinguishable by its light traces of paprika and its exquisite aroma. Its acorn-fed pork meat has never been frozen, according to traditional customs. The curing process takes place in natural dryers, a great factor in forging its character.
