FISAN has selected 52 pieces from the Vintage 2015 that met all the required organoleptic characteristics to be a part of our exclusive Limited Edition. The 52 acorn-fed hams from the Alta Gastronomía Limited Edition have been cured for approximately 60 months in FISAN’s natural cellars in Guijuelo. These cellars are kept in darkness, silence, watchful care and large quantities of patience. The attentiveness dedicated to these pieces since their rearing translates into unique pieces offered by FISAN each year.

The Alta Gastronomía Limited Edition ham Vintage 2015 is packaged in a unique case: a wooden box lined with natural leather manually. It includes everything necessary to enjoy the ham: a ham-slicing knife, serving tongs and a book published by FISAN to commemorate a hundred years since their beginning. Its pages contain the history, culture, tasting and subtlety of FISAN
hams.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Colour: Intense colour and balanced fat infiltration, its texture is smooth and succulent for an aftertaste that has varied and intense nuances.
