To celebrate a hundred years of excellence in the production of acorn-fed ham, FISAN has chosen the best pieces, selected from their rearing in the meadows. These pieces have been cured with care and patience during approximately 60 months in natural dryer chambers and cellars with darkness and silence.
We recommend consuming the ham at a temperature of 22º C to truly appreciate its deep and fresh aroma, its dark pink hues and its exquisite intramuscular fat, which gives it the texture that makes it melt in your mouth.
The Alta Gastronomía Limited Edition ham Vintage 2016 is packaged in a unique case: a wooden box lined with natural leather manually. It includes everything necessary to enjoy the ham: a ham-slicing knife, serving tongs and a book published by FISAN to commemorate a hundred years since their beginning. Its pages contain the history, culture, tasting and subtlety of FISAN hams.
Colour: Intense colour and balanced fat infiltration, its texture is smooth and succulent for an aftertaste that has varied and intense nuances.
