The Cebo de Campo Iberico pork shoulder is the front piece of the Iberian pig raised in freedom and with a diet combining natural feeds and the resources available in the meadows. The intense and succulent flavour of this piece brings to the palate the freshness of the meadows.
Colour: lean pink-red purple with rosy hued white fat marbling.
Flavour: mild and aromatic.
Aroma: characteristic cured.
Appearance: uniform and juicy.
