FISAN Acorn-Fed Salchichón is characterised by its mellow flavour, with recollections of pepper and an exquisite aroma. The acorn-fed pork is never frozen, always respecting the most traditional expertise. Curing takes place in natural drying sheds during a minimum period of five months. It is 100% natural.
