The Fine Gastronomy Truffled Acorn-Fed Salchichón represents the perfection of the best meats of the acorn-fed pig, the end loin (pluma), shoulder (presa) and secret (secreto), carefully selected during each campaign. And, following years of investigation, it includes black truffle in its recipe. This is why, once it has rested during eight months in our natural cellars, it offers a flavor and aroma that are absolutely unique.
