FISAN Acorn-Fed Ham is characterised by its sweetness and overflowing intense hues. It is the infiltration of fat in the muscles that gives rise to these flavours and aromas that are carried on in mouth. All this is fruit of patient dry curing and daily observation and monitoring in our cellars that are open to the cool breezes of the Sierra.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Colour: lean pink-red purple with rosy hued white fat marbling.
Flavour: mild and aromatic.
Aroma: characteristic cured.
Appearance: uniform and juicy.
