PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Alta Gastronomía Truffled Bellota Salchichón represents the perfection of the best meats of the bellota pig, the end loin (pluma), shoulder (presa) and secret (secreto), carefully selected during each campaign. And, following years of investigation, it includes black truffle in its recipe. This is why, once it has rested during eight months in our natural cellars, it offers a flavor and aroma that are absolutely unique.

Minimum curing:

3 months

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: pink-purple Iberian pork meat. Flavour: smooth. Aroma: cured. Appearance:consistent sausage.

Conditions of conservation:

Store in a cool, dry place.

Bellota Ibérico pork meat (Presa & Secreto), black pepper, salt, nutmeg, black truffle, dextrin, milk protein, dextrose, sugar, emulsifiers (E-451ii, E-452), antioxidants (E-301, E-331iii, E-325), lactose, preservatives (E-252, E-250) and flavour enhancer (E-627, E-631).
