Timely, moderate rains arrived\u00a0 at key points in September and October, allowing the acorns to reach their full ripeness. This was followed by drier weather in late autumn and during winter, ideal for our pigs to make the most of the fruit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to the patience required for its curing and the work of our ham artisans, each mouthful of FISAN Limited Edition Alta Gastronom\u00eda Ham 2022 becomes a unique experience. Its appearance is spectacular: when cut, it reveals a <\/span><b>bright marbling with red and purple hues<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
