Si tratta di ricette che, anche se a prima vista sembrano semplici, necessitano di una grande tecnica e di un processo di ricerca che gli hanno conferito riconoscimenti cos\u00ec importanti come le due stelle Michelin e i tre soli Repsol.  <\/p>\n<p>I frutti di questa ricerca sono stati le nuove elaborazioni che cercavano di sorprendere e divertire, basandosi in un processo di sperimentazione con mix di gran effetto che potenziano le sfumature del sapore iberico.
