400;\">Il prosciutto non \u00e8 altro che la zampa posteriore del maiale. La parte pi\u00f9 carnosa della zampa \u00e8 la &#8220;coscia&#8221; del maiale. Per potersi godere un prosciutto iberico, questa deve essere sottoposta a un processo di elaborazione e stagionatura. Per iniziare, si realizza innanzitutto la salatura, ovvero si ricopre il pezzo <b>di prosciutto iberico con sale<\/b> per promuovere la disidratazione e favorirne la conservazione. Successivamente, questo passa per il processo di lavaggio e di seccatura, dove ha inizio la stagionatura del prosciutto in maniera naturale, per quindi finire con il processo di stagionatura dove riposer\u00e0 durante mesi nelle cantine.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le parti commestibili del prosciutto iberico sono il fiocco, il cosciotto, il garretto, la punta e la coscia.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-595c7be elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"595c7be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Caratteristiche e composizione nutrizionale del prosciutto iberico<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c18042b elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c18042b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sia il prosciutto di bellota iberico che il prosciutto che deriva dal maiale iberico alimentato con mangime di FISAN sono alimenti ricchi di proteine e acido oleico fonte di minerali e vitamine, che convertono la carne del prosciutto in uno degli alimenti pi\u00f9 sani della gastronomia spagnola. <\/p>\n<p>I tipici grassi del prosciutto lo rendono un prodotto sano. Un gusto che unisce il dolce, l&#8217;amaro e l&#8217;acido, caratteristiche tradizionali del sapore di qualsiasi alimento.  <\/p>\n<p>Questo quinto gusto, cos\u00ec complesso e inspiegabile, \u00e8 presente soltanto in pochissimi alimenti.
