sforzati per innalzare il sapore tradizionale dei prodotti Iberico ai livelli delle creazioni gastronomiche che hanno regalato fama internazionale alla cucina spagnola, oltre a farli conoscere come ingredienti versatili e distintivi. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per questo, abbiamo collaborato con alcuni degli chef pi\u00f9 prestigiosi del nostro paese con l&#8217;obiettivo di cercare nuove armonie, contrasti e texture. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I fratelli Torres, Ricard Camarena, Diego Guerrero e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisan.com\/it\/gastronomia-chefs-it\/jose-carlos-fuentes\/\">Jos\u00e9 Carlos Fuentes<\/a> sono solo alcuni degli chef stellati che insieme a FISAN hanno lavorato e sperimentato con i prodotti Iberico di bellota, con il prosciutto, con gli insaccati, e con la carne di bellota. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 cos\u00ec che abbiamo ispirato
