espanhola e para o posicionar como o ingrediente vers\u00e1til e diferenciador que \u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para isso, estabelecemos colabora\u00e7\u00f5es com alguns dos chefes mais prestigiados do nosso pa\u00eds, com o objetivo de procurar novas harmonias, contrastes e texturas.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os irm\u00e3os Torres, Ricard Camarena, Diego Guerrero e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fisan.com\/pt\/gastronomia-chefs-pt\/jose-carlos-fuentes\/\">Jos\u00e9 Carlos Fuentes<\/a> s\u00e3o apenas alguns dos chefs com estrela Michelin que, em conjunto com a FISAN, puderam trabalhar e investigar o produto ib\u00e9rico de bellota, tanto com presunto e enchidos, como com as carnes de bellota. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desta forma, temos inspirado reinterpreta\u00e7\u00f5es originais de receitas tradicionais, assim como surpreendentes novas
