FISAN Bellota 50% Iberico Ham is characterized by its sweetness and richly nuanced flavour. Its fat marbling makes these aromas and taste linger long in your mouth. It is the result of patient curing and daily supervision of its maturing in our cellars, which are open to let in the mountain air.

Color: lean pink-red purple with rosy hued white fat marbling. Flavour: mild and aromatic. Aroma: characteristic cured. Appearance: uniform and juicy.
