FISAN Bellota Salchichón is characterized by its mild taste, pleasant paprika reminiscences, and exquisite aroma. The bellota pork meat it is made with is never frozen, thus respecting traditional know-how.The careful curing process in natural drying rooms takes at least six months, resulting in a 100% natural product.

Minimum curing:

3 months Bellota feeding – This year’s montanera

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: pink-purple Iberian pork meat.
Flavour: smooth.
Aroma: cured.
Appearance: consistent sausage.
