FISAN 100% Iberico Bellota Shoulder Ham Alta GAstronomía is marked by the intense and fresh flavour of the dehesa. Its deep colour and rich aroma hark back to the natural cellar where the pieces stand for more than 36 months to indulge the most expert palates with the perfect touch of salt.
