FISAN’s Iberico Bellota Shoulder Ham 50% Iberian Breed is fairly lean, with a rich flavour. Its optimal curing for more than 34 months in natural cellars contributes to the homogeneity of its fat marbling and, thus, to the unique intensity of its taste.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Color: lean pink-red purple with rosy hued white fat marbling. Flavour: mild and aromatic. Aroma: characteristic cured. Appearance: uniform and juicy.
