FISAN Iberico Bellota Salchichon 100 % Natural is characterised by its mellow flavour, with recollections of pepper and an exquisite aroma. The bellota pork is never frozen, always respecting the most traditional expertise. Curing takes place in natural drying sheds during a minimum period of five months. It is 100% natural.
