FISAN’s Iberico Bellota Secreto is 100 % natural. This piece, formed by muscle fibres and fat marbling, comes from an bellota ibérico pig. It has the shape of a flat fan and is located in the area next to the fat that covers the section of the loin closest to the head.

SUGGESTED CONSUMPTION: 

Take out the meat to unfreez before cooking so it could reach the room temperature. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Consume the product after cooking or after processing.
