Enjoy the best Iberico Bellota Spicy Chorizo Natural 50% Iberian Breed, sliced and ready to taste at any time. Each pack includes ten 100g sachets in an ideal gift format. FISAN Iberico Bellota Spicy Chorizo Natural is made with the traditional seasoning used for lean and with all the noble meats of pork, presa, and secreto cut, which are never frozen. Its original natural ingredient is spicy paprika from la Vera (the area in Extremadura where it is produced). This paprika penetrates the meat, adding juiciness to its lean. FISAN Iberico Bellota Spicy Chorizo Natural delights those palates that are looking for a rich and tasty flavour. Its curing, which is an essential part of the process, takes place in FISAN’s natural drying cellars in Guijuelo under very specific humidity and temperature conditions, which restricts production to a limited number of pieces. After patiently standing for at least 5 months in FISAN’s cellars, undergoing rigorous controls, the piece is ready to be enjoyed at the table.
