From the early stages in the dehesa, FISAN selects the best pieces, which are carefully and patiently cured for around 60 months in the dark and quiet atmosphere of our natural drying rooms and cellars. The recommended temperature to enjoy the ham’s rich and fresh aroma, dark pink colour, perfect fat marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture is 22º C. The Ham Limited Edition Alta Gastronomia 2016 comes with:
