This ham belongs to the Ham Limited Edition Alta Gastronomia 2016, which consists of 26 unique pieces. Every year, the FISAN family personally chooses the best hams from its cellar. From the early stages in the dehesa, FISAN selects the best pieces, which are carefully and patiently cured for around 60 months in the dark and quiet atmosphere of our natural drying rooms and cellars. The recommended temperature to enjoy the ham’s rich and fresh aroma, dark pink colour, perfect fat marbling and melt-in-the-mouth texture is 22º C. The Ham Limited Edition Alta Gastronomia 2016 comes with:

  • Case handlined in natural leather.
  • Ham-carving knife.
  • Serving tongs.
  • FISAN apron.
  • FISAN’s Centenary Book, where you can discover the history, culture, tasting procedures and subtlety of FISAN Ham.

Colour: Bright purple lean and rich fat marbling. Flavour: Mild and lasting aftertaste with a marked sweet nuance. Aroma: Strong herbaceous and dried fruit hints. Characteristic of curing. Appearance: Firm and juicy.
