The New York Summer Fancy Food Show, held from 25 to 27 June, is internationally acknowledged as the largest specialty food fair in North America. The name “Fancy Food” emphasizes the event’s focus on exquisite and refined food, representing a range of food products that are recognized for their quality, taste, and uniqueness.
After a lot of hard work by our export sales team to introduce our products and excel in the North American market, we decided to take part in this event to present our bellota Ibérico hams and make new contacts that may help us to extend our presence in the best restaurants and specialist stores throughout the United States.
Our Alta Gastrosnomia ham stood out at the fair from the very first day, drawing the attention and visits of a large number of distributors and clients to our stand.
And this is how summer arrives, the season when the cured meats of each campaign can start to be enjoyed.
