FISAN Ham Limited Edition Alta Gastronomia 2018 is a unique ham belonging to a careful and exclusive selection of hams made up of 60 unique pieces. Every year the FISAN family personally chooses the best hams from their cellar. FISAN has selected, since its inception in the dehesa, the best pieces that for around 60 months have been cured with care and patience in dryers and natural cellars, with little light and little noise. It is recommended to consume the ham at a temperature of 22º C to appreciate its deep and fresh aroma, its dark pink color with very good infiltration of fat and to allow its texture to melt in the mouth.
