The 52 pieces of Haute Cuisine Limited Edition Bellota Ham have been cured for around 60 months in the dark and quiet atmosphere of FISAN’s natural cellars in Guijuelo, with meticulousness and large doses of patience. Utmost care from the raising stages translates into the unique pieces offered by FISAN every year. Ham Limited Edition Alta Gastronomia 2015 comes with:
