Our 100% Natural Iberico Bellota Salchichon Alta Gastronomia with Black Truffle is the perfect representation of bellota pork’s noble meats, which are selected during each campaign: pluma, presa, and secreto cuts. After years of research, black truffle was added to its recipe. Hence, after standing for 8 months in our natural cellars, it offers a unique taste and aroma.
