The Alta Gastronomia 2012 Reserva Privada Bellota Hams have been cured for around 100 months in FISAN’s natural cellars in Guijuelo, in a dark and quiet atmosphere, with great care and large doses of patience. Gentle handling from the rearing stage translates into the unique pieces that FISAN offers every year.
